Dawn

Dawn joined Blaine Family as our Practice Manager in 2020. She is a graduate of Argosy University and has been in the veterinary field since 2005. Dawn’s favorite part of being a practice manager is helping staff to develop professionally and achieve their goals. She feels fortunate to be able to combine that with her love of veterinary medicine and the investigative process involved in challenging cases–she considers herself a bit of a science nerd and if she hadn’t gone into veterinary medicine she would have likely ended up in forensics! She shares her home with her husband and their son, along with two cats, Manfred and Maisie. In her free time, Dawn can be found spending time with her family, playing piano, quilting, gardening, camping, fishing or practicing archery.
