Kris

Kris joined Blaine Family in the fall of 2021 and has been in the veterinary field since 2015. She has experience in clinic settings, as well as shelter medicine and animal rescue work. Her favorite things about her job are helping to educate & build relationships with pet parents and assisting in surgery. Kris shares her home with Riley, a 13-year old pit bull who is full of attitude and thinks she’s the only dog to exist in the world, and Beastie Boy, a 7-year old DMH cat who is shy/anxious around others but is a velcro cat with her! When she isn’t at work or volunteering with rescue events, Kris loves reading, going to concerts, doing crafts/DIY projects and being outdoors (hunting, fishing, boating, etc.).
